End of Service Notice

The RFCP application will be retired on September 30, 2025. Coordination requests must adhere to the dates below:

  • July 20, 2025: Last day to submit new coordination requests
  • July 21, 2025: RFCP will no longer accept new coordination requests
  • September 29, 2025: All coordination requests using the RFCP application must be finalized
  • September 30, 2025: The RFCP application will be unavailable, and its servers will be shut down, and decommissioned

The last day to submit new coordination requests will be July 20, 2025. After this date, the RFCP application will not allow new coordination requests to be submitted. Coordination requests opened before this date should not be disrupted. All coordination requests in the RFCP application must be finalized before midnight on September 29, 2025. If coordination agreements are needed after July 20, 2025, incumbents and licensees must coordinate directly with one another.
